Teacher

Heather Mason

Heather Mason is the founder of The Minded Institute, a yoga therapist and educator whose work connects contemplative practice with contemporary understanding of the mind and body.

Her own long-term experience of depression, anxiety and PTSD led her to intensive contemplative practice in monasteries and ashrams across South and Southeast Asia. Alongside postgraduate study in Buddhist Studies, psychotherapy, medical physiology and neuroscience, this personal exploration helped shape her distinctive approach.

In these retreats, Heather brings together that depth of experience through guided practice, inviting you to explore the relationship between body, breath and mind with curiosity and compassion.
