Description
Course Overview
Finding Stability is a four-part chair yoga course exploring how accessible movement, breath, and mindful awareness can support greater stability, resilience, and connection with the body.
Led by Liz Oppedijk in association with Accessible Chair Yoga CIC, the course draws on the Lakshmi Voelker Chair Yoga Method, yoga philosophy, and contemporary understandings of the body and nervous system.
Designed as a cumulative series, each session builds on the last. Participants are guided through adaptable chair-based practices while developing greater familiarity with how movement, breathing, and awareness can be integrated into everyday life.
Simple home practices are encouraged between sessions, allowing participants to develop confidence, deepen their experience, and begin establishing a sustainable personal practice over the four weeks.
